Fruit does not ripen on a schedule, so neither do we. The core Hydro Citrus line is available year-round, but the tropical and berry lines move with what Florida farms are picking.
Spring is strawberry and blueberry. Early summer brings peaches, white peaches, and the first mangoes. Late summer is guava, passionfruit, and mulberry — the foraged mulberries are a limited run because the fruit is rare.
The botanical line is the quiet one: sorrel, also called roselle, is a hibiscus-family flower brewed into a tart ruby infusion. It is a different kind of bright, and it is the one people ask about most after a festival.
At events we pour up to sixteen seasonal flavors. In the shop we keep the current harvest listed. If a flavor is missing, it is out of season, not discontinued — ask us what is coming next.
