Our water
Your body is mostly water. But the water in most bottled drinks has been sitting on a shelf for months. We do not use bottled water — never have. Every batch starts with water electrolyzed on site, minutes before it meets fruit.
Electrolysis makes the water rich in molecular hydrogen, the smallest antioxidant molecule. It diffuses rapidly across cell membranes — a functional difference, not a flavor trick.
The alkaline stream is separated by electrolysis, not by adding minerals afterward. A gentle buffer that finishes clean instead of chalky.
Ionization breaks large water clusters into smaller ones. Smaller clusters penetrate cells more efficiently, which is why the mouthfeel is silkier and the finish shorter.
No plastic bottle, no warehouse, no shelf life. Filtered tap water is electrolyzed and used the same day, so nothing leaches into the drink.
When water is fresh and hydrogen-rich, it amplifies citrus oils instead of muting them. Organic cane sweetness moves across the palate evenly. The finish is clean — no syrup residue, no chemical aftertaste, no bloating.
That is the difference you feel but cannot quite name. It is also why we do not add “natural flavors” to compensate.
