What we collect
When you order, reserve a water share, join The Grove, or send an inquiry we collect your name, email, phone number, and the details you choose to share about your order or event. Card details are entered on Clover's secure checkout page; we never see or store your full card number.
Why we collect it
To prepare and hand over your order, arrange pickup, invoice a Grove membership, answer an inquiry, or plan an event. We also keep a record of what was sold so our books are correct.
Who sees it
Only the people who prepare your order or plan your event. We do not sell customer data. Payment processing is handled by Clover under its own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for accounting and tax purposes. Marketing contact is only by the method you asked for, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Your choices
Email connect@lemonature.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep for tax records.
