There are hundreds of bottled waters. We do not use any of them. Every bottle of Lemonature is made with electrolyzed, ionized alkaline water, produced on site and pressed into fruit minutes later.
The electrolysis chamber splits filtered water into alkaline and acidic streams. The alkaline stream is rich in molecular hydrogen and has a higher pH. Hydrogen is the smallest antioxidant molecule, small enough to cross cell membranes, and it is one reason the water tastes silkier than ordinary bottled water.
Ionization also changes the structure of the water clusters. Smaller clusters penetrate cell walls more efficiently, which is why ionized water feels wetter and finishes clean instead of coating your tongue.
And there is no plastic. Bottled water is a major source of microplastic ingestion; ours is made fresh from filtered tap water and used immediately. No shelf storage, no leaching, no stale plastic note.
